Budget Reconciliation and Financing Act; controlled dangerous substances (marijuana for medical use; synthetic cannabinoids); death penalty repeal; dog owner liability; education (Baltimore City public school construction; college & career readiness & college completion; net taxable income; Prince George's County public school system - governance); elections (campaign finance; improving access to voting); energy (offshore wind generation; gas companies - infrastructure replacement surcharge); envirnoment and natural resources (agricultural certainty); firearm safety and control (mentally impaired - access to regulated firearms); health insurance (health benefit exchange & medicaid expansion); pensions (phase out corridor funding method); public-private partnerships; transportation (financing; distracted driving; drivers' licenses for applicants lacking lawful status; speed cameras).
